·       Limit or reduce alcohol consumption which affects your blood flow including that in your inner ear. Consider eliminating caffeine also as it may have a similar effect on your blood flow.

The entire system of our ear is encased in the temporal bone of the skull. In reality the cochlea is concerned with our hearing and it contains delicate hair cells which receives sound vibrations and transmits electrical impulses through the auditory nerve to the brain.
