Don’t worry, we all do? But by trying to overcome these problems, we decrease our negative energy outflow and increase the positive.

When you become more positive, you became a magnet for wealth or whatever else it is you desire to manifest. You should also focus in on what you want. Start with a simple thought exercise, if you would have anything in the world, what would it be?

Evaluate the different things you could have in your life and single out the most important. In today’s economy, the answer for many people is increased wealth. Having a larger pool of resources to draw from means more freedom and potential happiness in your life.

So it’s often a starting point for people interested in trying out the law of attraction for them for the first time. Think about what it is that you want more than anything. Take a few minutes every day to just close your eyes and visualize it coming to you.

Visualize how you wealth will come to you, and most importantly, how you will feel when it happens. You will find that just by doing this simple exercise for a few minutes every day, you will be calmer, happier and more patient.
And most importantly, you will become more of a magnet for attracting greater wealth than you ever imagined. The universe is more than just a random string of events. Nothing in our life experience occurs by accident, we create everything by our thoughts. Our dominant thoughts create a dominant vibration within us. Our dominant vibration attracts our experiences. We can consciously control your thoughts by setting intentions.

We set an intention by thinking about something we want in our lives. The key is to focus on this intention purely without interfering thoughts. Suppose if we can focus purely on a thought for 17 seconds we start the manifestation of that vibration within us, a further 17 seconds will strengthen the thought vibration and another thought of a similar vibration will join it.

If we focus on the same thought for another 17 seconds another thought will joint and strengthen it further. If we manage to focus on one thought purely without interruption for 68 seconds the theory suggests that thoughts are in the process of manifestation.

The more we focus on a thought for 68 seconds or more at a time the quicker it will manifest in our world. Intentions are just focused thoughts and desires. Depending on our desires for something intentions can be weak or strong, if we focus on something negative constantly for 68 seconds at a time will manifest that negative thought fairly quickly, the same principle applies to positive thoughts.

If we focus on a thought for a few seconds here and there the intention is weak and will probably not manifest in our world until more emphasis is put on holding the thought and intention for longer period of time more often.

Intentions are often set naturally and by default. People tend to think about things they do no not want for longer periods of time because they are often worrying about them happening. This constant focus has a tendency to attract unwanted circumstances by default.

The key is to stay aware of our thoughts as much as possible, stop thinking about anything negative as quickly as possible. Random negative thoughts are very often harmless. In order to focus on a positive thought purely for 68 seconds or longer, it is a great idea to write it down.

68 seconds goes by very quickly when you write and the focus is more concentrated when writing. My advice is to think of something you want and write about it in as much details as possible for a few minutes at a time, if you manage 5 minutes the focus is multiplied and manifestation could happen a lot sooner.

Do this method for 30 consecutive days and see what happens, if things don manifest immediately don give up and stick with it. Our dominant intentions, thoughts and vibration create and manifest our experience in life.
