I am really sorry to inform my beloved readers that actress Lauren Bacall, the husky voiced Hollywood icon was known for her sultry sensuality died on Tuesday. She was 89, and had died in New York.

Let me inform you that she was anointed a legend during her lifetime by the American film institute. Her international fame began before the backdrop of the Second World War and her first film was made with her future husband Humphrey Bogart. Yes, humphrey bogart and lauren bacall.

In my opinion her presence was tangible and there was no nonsense and no affection. She was just what a lot of young women would like to be as she was not pushed around because of her colorful vile vocabulary and her confident smoldering expression. She had won two Tony Awards and an honorary Oscar and was nominated for three Oscars.
