1 shooter, 3 crime scenes, 7 victims: Chattanooga assesses attacks
Chattanooga mayor Andy Berke revealed
at a late night press conference that more than 12 hours after a gun man opened
fire on two military facilities in the city in chattanoogashooting and thus killing four marines and injuring three other
people.
The FBI is continuing to process
evidence at three separate crime scenes in the city however in reality they are
no closer to determining a motive. According to FBI special agent in charge the
suspected shooter is Muhammad YoussefAbDULAZEEZ who belongs to a known terrorist organization.
The FBI is closely examining his life,
his friends along with his recent reaction. An autopsy of tennessee shooting will be performed on his body over the week end. Again there is
also no evidence that he was working with or conspired with anyone in the
shooting.
The Chattanooga office shot on Thursday
has been identified as Dennis Pedi go. He has suffered a gunshot wound to the
foot and is recovering at the hospital. Now as for the four marines killed the
FBI has decided not to release those names.
In reality the four service members
were the focus for many tonight along with the others who were injured in the
shooting. In my opinion it is really a shock what happened in a great city shooting in chattagonga. I am praising Chattanooga police and
other local res ponders of their heroic action during the shooting. Their bravery
has saved many other lives. The FBI has asked if anyone has any information to call
