Before starting the class, you have to create an appropriate lesson plan and keep all the required materials Handy?¼ Always be prepared for the class other wise your students will come to know that you have not studied the topics thoroughly and will surely lose their overconfidence ¼ Try to make the class interesting by applying various activities and teaching aids. You can surely expect half the battle won as this will enhance the curiosity of your students.ï?¼ If you see that your students are starting to lose interest in a subject then you have to immediately shift into another one so that your students pays attention and hence learns quicklime

 ¼ Try to be organized and keep your desk organized, make various files and folders as it not only saves time but also makes you feel confident at the end of the day. Stop searching for various items every single time.ï?¼ Religiously follow and discuss the rules and regulation of your institution with your students. 
This will really make them feel that they are an active participant of the institution and will surely discourage them from breaking the rules.ï?¼ 

The next best thing is to assign responsibilities to your students and try to make it fun by assigning job titles and rotating the job regularly.ï?¼ Try to be patient with your students, praise them lavishly, and admonish their mistakes.
