and other fizzy drinks which puts a lot of air in your stomach.
· Ice
cold products which your throat will constrict. In my opinion warm water and
herbal tea is best for you.
Now I will tell you
what is soothing to the throat. They are licorice tea or candy. You need to
experiment with these things as some people get and uncomfortably speedy buzz
from licorice. Other things are baking soda or salt water gargles, honey, sugar
lozenges, steam and certain herbal teas as teas to drink vary from person to
person so you need to experiment with these things.
Now I will reveal what
helps to de-gunk your throat. They are honey, lemon and hot water and I am sure
you have probably heard that they are helpful if you have mucous in your
throat. Please remember that lemon is drying so please don’t overdo it.

· Mix
¼ teaspoon of baking soda+ one cup warm water.

the inside of your nose with Vaseline. This prevents the allergens from getting
into your system and setting you off.

an allergic reaction so do it first thing in the morning as a preventive
measure before you face the pollen. If you wake up in the morning with
allergies it might be dust. You can very use an air filter in your bedroom. It
could be food allergies so try eliminating dairy and wheat for a few days and
you can see if you really feel better.

is your voice really right for the style of your singing? If not, could you

training.
If you can afford it,
