However they can also aggravate joint pain or reduce, even prevent that pain. Now you might ask me, how can that be? It depends on the type of coffee, tea and the type of dairy. Now if you have an inflammatory disease like lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, gout or psoriasis arthritis, your diet can automatically and dramatically affect your symptoms.

Now this is why relatively small changes in what you eat have already improve how you and your knees feel. Now you might ask me if there is a specific culprit. I am sure you have heard that nightshades like tomatoes, egg plants and potatoes can really cause inflammation.

They can and in some people absolutely. However we are eliminating two very common allergens since most people are allergy to these than to nightshades. Again we are also reducing one of the most significant dietary causes of inflammation.

Now after reading this you have stopped eating soy and drinking plain milk. You have also cut way back on added sugar. You will be shocked to learn that we eat on average 150 pounds of sugar a year. So that’s 3 pounds a week.
