HONEY CARMEL, CHILLI BABY POTATO.

Ingredients-


1.300g fried baby potato
2. 30choppped garlic
3. 30g ginger
4.4dry red chilies.
5. 50g sriracha sauce
6. 40g sweet chili sauce
7. 10ml vinegar
8. 10g chili powder
9.20g honey
10 ml dark soya
11 salt to taste.



Method-
·       Add some salt to water and half- boil the potatoes.
·       Fry the half-boiled potatoes with corn flour and salt to taste.
·       Brown the ginger garlic and add all the sauces and then caramelize the mix.
·       Add the potatoes and toss with the mixture to coat the potatoes with it.
·       Garnish with finely chopped parsley or coriander.
