Yes, I have had a lot of influence from western
European cuisine mainly France and Italy but however I don’t profess to be a

really good for you since it has so much more flavor in it that switching is

one can get in your supermarket, again remember that the bread that is best for
you is the one that is fresh with least preservatives and added ingredients.
Again, brown or basmati rice is great with a lovely
nutty texture. Whole meal pasta is great and for your potatoes I would totally
recommend smaller new potatoes. If you are an alcoholic then stop drinking
cocktails and start drinking wine.
