The world is STILL in Quarantine, so I’ve been sharing about Home Workouts the past few days. And again my mind is blown.

I thought I was doing Home Workouts right until I came across this video. I was so wrong.

3 Common Home Workouts Mistakes
  1. Not focussing on Range of Motion during movements
  2. Going the same speed for every exercise
  3. Doing as many reps as possible for an exercise, then switching to another exercise after a couple max-effort attempts
