Most people, when they think of Easy fat loss or fat loss they usually go for a short term fad diet which will help them lose the extra pounds for the holiday season as fast as possible, so that they can show off their newly found body to their friends and even attract the opposite sex.

Almost always it is seen that those who want to exercise to lose the extra pounds of fat are well rewarded for their effort in the long term.

       Your motivation and willingness to go through all the struggle is always the first condition to achieve your goals. Then next comes aerobic exercise, or what is commonly known as cardio. Walking, jogging, running, cycling, swimming, jumping rope etc. are all common and effective type of exercises for training your heart and lungs for endurance and inducing sweating. It is, however, a common myth, which is prevalent among us, which says that cardio burns fat and weight training builds muscle.

       Did you know that weight training actually burns 53% more fat than cardio after the exercise schedule is over? It is a fact, which is not known well enough or not utilized by trainers. It is ascertained by sports scientists and medical professionals that each extra pound of muscle you gain helps you in burning 14-15 calories more energy from your resting metabolism. This means for no extra effort, even while you are resting, you will be burning more fat simply by having more muscular mass in your body.

      I am not saying that aerobic exercise is not important, it is still essential for your exercise routine but more muscle mass on your body equates to better fat burning. Please remember, primarily muscle is the fat burning engine of your body. If you have less time to exercise then you can opt for body weight exercises or sandbag type of exercises, which offer the best of both worlds in less time.

   Last but not the least, Easy fat loss proper food intake rich in vegetables, fruits, nuts, legumes and fish and fish oils are ideal for the fat loss hopeful. Proper rest (meaning eight hour sleep at night) and hydrating (meaning a gallon of water everyday) are equally needed to get you on the fat loss track.
