              The dream of most people heading to the gym is either, losing fat and gaining lean muscle mass in the process or to gain muscular mass with as little fat deposition as possible. Others may be in the ideal weight range for their age and physique but they do not enjoy perfect health and they want to have a solution to this by working out in the gym.

              Regardless of your goals you most know that your diet plan will determine not less than 70-80% of your success. For gaining muscle mass you must intake 500 calories more in your daily diet than your required calorie intake. For losing fat you must do the opposite, i.e. you have to consume 500 calories less than your required daily calorie intake. Another interesting fact to consider for you is that if take in proteins without fats or less fats then fats will be released from your body through oxidation (burning) to assimilate the proteins in your body. This will naturally help you lose fatty tissue.  If you take in proteins with the fats you will be able to digest and absorb the proteins in your body quite rapidly.

              Your training program will be outlined by your fitness trainer, but the rest of the part like having eight hours of sleep every night, drinking a gallon of water every day and eating  a healthy diet full of fruits, nuts, vegetables, whole grain foods and fiber is even more essential in getting to your goals.
