Michael Brown's fatal shooting by police.

Yesterday, late Sunday a young man was shot by police after gunfire erupted in the Missouri town marking the one year of unarmed black teenager Michael Brown. According to St Louis country police chief Jon Belmar a man whose age was around twenty was in a critical condition after opening fire on plain clothed police officers in Ferguson, Missouri.

According to Belmar Michael Brown uniformed officers were deployed to monitor business which followed protests and reports of looting. Four plain clothed officers were tracking an individual whom they suspected was armed.

The man Michael Brown opened fire on the officers who were in an unmarked car and strike the police vehicle several times. The officers returned fire and pursued the man on foot. The suspect has stolen a 9mm gun and again opened fire and the officers also fired back.

The entire episode of Michael Brown police shooting led to remarkable amount of gun fire approximately between forty and fifty shots. In my opinion they were criminals and not protestors and the violence was avoidable for a community which is still struggling to rebuild from the often violent aftermath of Michael browns death.

This episode Michael Brown didn’t have to happen since the people in this community have worked too hard for this event to happen. Now this is really an impediment to positive change. However four plain clothed officers have been placed on administrative leave.

Tear gas was used before dawn to disperse protesters on Michael Brown West Florissant Avenue — the frontline in the often violent demonstrations that rocked Ferguson in wake of Brown's death. Ferguson had marked the grim anniversary earlier on Sunday with 4½ minutes of silence at 12:02 p.m. — to remember the 4½ hours that the 18-year-old's body was left in the street on Aug. 9, 2014.
