In general national dog day serves to help galvanize the public to recognize the number of dogs that need to be rescued every years and acknowledges family dogs and the dogs that work selflessly every day to save lives, keep us safe and bring comfort.

Let me remind you dog day that millions of dogs are killed each years since simply they are unwanted. They are unwanted because no one realized how to properly care for the demands of the breeds. They are unwanted because they shed too much and they bark too much.

All a dog wants to do is to love you and protect you since dogs are amazing, courageous, and sensitive and they deserve compassion and respect. So please try to consider bringing out what was considered unwanted love into your heart and home on nationaldog day 2015.
