arthritis symptoms-how to end your joint pain forever?

Now one of the pertinent questions that I most usually and often hear from people in general is what can I do about my joint pain? Yes, arthritis symptoms I can very well understand after all we all are getting older. OK, now the truth is that there is some real truth to that, in that we all have only so many miles in our joints.



In reality some of us have more and some of us have a lot less. Now let me remind you that limited mileage however doesn’t doom us to lifelong joint pain. Just remember when we were teenagers, we endured all tremendous growth spurt of 6 inches in just four months.


Yes, I am sure you remember it was terribly painful and it began more than a decade of constant knee trouble. By the time you grew up, despite the best care of the very best medicines and doctors and physical therapists could provide, you had no cartilage between your knees.

I understand that severe and constant pain ended your very promising life. I can promise you that you will be pain free from now onwards. I would like to share some of the secrets with you now. Despite of how your body is designed, these secrets will work with any kind of joint pain, from your ankles to your neck.

For the starter, hydrate, hydrate and hydrate, nothing you do affects the inside of your body as much as what you put inside of it. So when it comes to your joints that are particularly true for what you drink. Now when you are young, your joints are up to 85% water.

Water is also an important component of synovial fluid, since it lubricates and cushions our joints. So as we get older, our joints tend to contain less and less water. They become dryer and at the end of the day they don’t glide as well as they used to in your earlier days.

Now you might ask me what I should drink. It’s only water, and more water. I don’t want you to buy that expensive bottled water. Personally I just draw it straight from the tap into a pitcher. I generally often toss in some lemon or lemon slices, or mix and match ingredients like a cinnamon stick or three, crushed mint leaves.

I also use cucumber slices or chunk of fruit and let the water steep overnight. This adds flavor, vitamins and anti- oxidants. You should always go for herbal tea and spice blends as a pick me up, chamomile for its mild and pleasant flavor along with calming properties before bed.

Please be careful with coffee and black tea. I am telling you that because there is a strong evidence that coffee has great health benefits which generally includes reducing the risk of gout in women and men. However, it should be noted that caffeine itself can pull minerals from our body and aggravate joint pain.

In general decaf coffee and green teas are really both excellent options. Always make sure that you skip soda or sports drinks. Trust me; there is simply nothing in them your body really needs. They have sky high levels of sugar and caffeine that will really hurt your joints.

Instead, squeeze a whole real orange into a glass of sparkling water.  Trust me it’s a delicious and refreshing alternative to soda. Now let’s come to our second secret, warm your muscles with activity.

Let me inform you that every joint has a code; I mean a specific sequence that warms it up , stretches the muscles that surround it , and activates those muscles to support the joints at the end of the day. So activity isn’t about exercise; which includes the hiking, biking and walking which you enjoy.

In reality, rather it’s about warming up to getting the blood and lymph flowing in our body and particularly around the joints that hurts. Heat, walking and even movements like jumping jacks are all excellent ways to warm up.

Now you can also target individual joint with specific activities, such as warm circles. In general, these activities warm your muscles so it can release knots and kinks more easily that if it were cold. Warm muscles also allow you to stretch more deeply and effectively.

The next secret is to stretch your muscles to release strain. Yes, that’s right, and I am sure you agree with me this is secret we are taught to dislike. I am really not sure why, because done right, stretching is simple pretty close to effortless and practically painless.

So you got it, you will simply love engaging your muscles; it will really make your feel strong and alive. However during your growth spouts, your bones actually grew faster than your muscles jamming your joints together.

The one thing that might save your knees is ballet type stretching, where you hold a stretch for 20 to 30 minutes. In general you don’t do it, you think spending so much time stretching is really a waste. Trust me, it can save me years of pain and possibly enable you to retire on your own terms.

So my advice is to stretch from now every single day.  In general like most people it is fine with 2 or 3 20 to 30 seconds stretch. I am telling you this because when you are young you are supple and limber and active.

Now as we get older become less active and our muscles get tighter and shorter, pulling out joints together as they grind against each other. Stretching stops and can reverse that tightening. In general stretching and warming activity are two of the best exercises which you can follow to this very day. As long as you do it even if despite being 7 feet tall active and having no carliage between your knees you will be pain free.

This routine will take about 20 minutes and in general it varies from person to person, that seems to pretty normal. Let me reveal it to you I have personally helped young trauma victims, professional athletes, baby boomers, who what to stay active, people with chronic diseases from arthritis to multiple sclerosis to seniors in their 90s through my blogs and articles.
