all serious about achieving our weight

composition is never revealed, claiming that a patent is pending for the same.
Or, they may contain useful biological compounds, but in such less quantity
that it will have no effect on your physique, unless you consume them in mega
doses, which is obviously far more expensive and not always advisable.
Supplement companies hiding their composition often actually contain ordinary
tea, leaves, herbs which are claimed to be having medicine-like properties.
These companies run widely publicized and popular bodybuilding and fitness
magazines and also place their ads on other newspapers and journals. So nobody
reveals the truth about their effectiveness as fat burner, muscle builder or
hormone booster.
In fact well-known natural bodybuilders
and fitness model competitors do no at all depend upon these brand name
supplements with varied composition to give them their results. They rely on
their training and few basic inexpensive supplements like Whey protein, Cretin,
liquid amino acid, L-glutamine and multi vitamin multi mineral oral doses.
These supplements have stood test of time and long clinical trials have proved
their effectiveness beyond doubt. They also have minimum or no possible side
