Here are some good smoothies to try for the smoothie mixing party. Blend each one of these smoothies until very smooth, almost juice like consistency. Add water if too thick. For the starter let’s talk about green tropical smoothie-
·       1 ripe mango
·       ½ cup pineapple
·       1 cucumber
·       3 kale leaves
·       2 celery sticks
·       Ice cubes as needed
Preparation- places the mango in the blender first. Blend until smooth.

Orange smoothies
Ingredients- 1 carrot, 1-2 bananas, ½ cup peeled and cubed butter nut squash, ½ cup water, handful almonds, handful of ice 1tsp cinnamon, dash of nutmeg, pinch of cloves.
Preparation- soaks the almonds in the water for 2 hours to overnight. Discard the soaking water and use fresh one for the smoothie. Place the bananas in the blender first, then add everything else and blend until smooth.

Green lemon smoothie
Ingredients-3 kale leaves, 2 celery sticks, ¼ bunch parsley, 2 cucumbers, juice of 1 lemon, large pear, handful of ice. You can very well use an apple, if you don’t have pears.

Red smoothie
Ingredients- ½ beet, 2 apples, 1 carrot, 1 celery stick, handful of ice
