crunch. Start by lying on your back on the floor, arms to your sides with your
knees bent and feet touching the floor.
Using your abs especially lower abs begin to bring
your legs and hips off the floor and back towards your chest. After you feel
your abs tightening begin to slowly lower your legs and hips back down towards
the floor. Next is every woman’s favorite, the lunge.
Start from a standing position and step forward into
a lunge bending your front knee and dropping your body straight down downwards
the floor. Your back legs should also bend and your knee should drop straight
down towards the floor.
Make sure that you keep your weight concentrated on
the heel of your front foot and push off using your quads and glutenous to bring
