Many women have a desire to lose enough weight until the
summer holiday or the vacation in a tropic destination with the thought in mind
to really good in that bikini. In order to achieve these goals, these women
need a summer bikini body workout,
smart bikini body plan.
You need to make your breakfasts protein rich, since
breakfast they say is the most important meal of the day, and skipping it can
spell disaster for not only your morning energy levels but also your
performance for the day.
As such if you aim
is a trimmer beach ready figure, not only should you avoid skipping breakfast,

If you need to lose a couple of pounds, up to ten pounds,
then you have a good chance of making it in a relative short time. Anything
above the ten pounds means that you are either overweight, perhaps even obese,
which would take a longer amount of time than just a month or so. I will
nevertheless address the latter stage first.
If you are overweight to obese, then you need a serious
plan which will probably take you to a year to lose the excess weight? Why so
long? Unless you intend to have plastic surgery to remove the stretched skin
that will definitely hand from your body in case you lose your weight too fast,
you really need to take things slowly.
Your bikini body plan should look like this, you start
with a diet that includes eating meals five times a day, spaced out in three
hours pauses where you eat absolutely nothing, only drink water or light
lemonade- 2 liters of water with a whole lemon squeezed in, no sugar added and
eat according to a diet plan, either counting calories or even our the curbs
with the proteins and fiber intake.
This is plenty of diet plans available, perhaps visiting
a nutritionist would be good idea, that way a professional can outline for you
a good and healthy diet adjusted to your preferences and needs. Regarding your

I am sure you are too heavy to start with something
serious likes running or total cardio, so to reach the cardio capability

you can step up to swimming, running, and use of indoor machines like orbit
treks and indoor bikes, bicycles riding and similar. Paired with your diet, the

progress.

woman is much simpler. Throw out all the in between snacks, give up any soda,
sugared or sugar free and take up an exercise regime.

that claim to be safe and allow you to eat whatever you want and still lose

they are using to get you to buy their useless and unsafe weight loss products.
Summers are here, are you bikini body ready? Are you

of women whipping them into shape so they are confident enough to bare all well
almost all on their summer vacations.
Now I ‘thought I will reveal three of my secrets, so that
you too can be bikini body ready. My first secret is all about what goes into
your mouth on a daily basis, after all your diet is 80% of the battle when it
comes to a bikini body.
If you don’t already, make sure that you start to eat 5
small meals each day. Breakfast, midmorning snacks, lunch, midafternoon snack
and dinner. Eat protein with each meal, so for example eggs, chicken breasts,
lean meat, fish, nuts and pulses. Include carbohydrates with your protein.
So lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, making sure that
you stay away for heavy carbohydrates like brown rice and brown pasta in the
evenings and concentrate on eating plenty of vegetables with your chicken, fish
or lean meat.
This piece of advice isn’t just for now it must be an
ongoing process that you must follow every day. Always stay away from processes
foods and only eat healthy, natural and nutritious foods. My second secret is
circuit training.
This includes a
lower body exercise followed by an upper body exercise interspersed with short
bursts of cardio or combining a lower and upper body exercise working multiple
muscles at once. Both are fantastic ways of burning body fat and increasing your
lean muscle.
This will then fire up your metabolism, which helps you
get a bikini body. My third secret is high intensity interval training or HIIT,
which uses bursts of high intensity cardio followed by slow intensity periods
of recovery and the great thing about this type of training is you can get it
over and done within 20 minutes.
A high intensity interval training session may look
something like this. 20 seconds of all out sprinting followed by 40 seconds of
slow recovery, make sure that you do this fifteen times and there you have it
your entire workout completed.
This type of training is also great using an elliptical
trainer, bike or rower but the out and out winner would definitely be
sprinting. If you have an injury and cant spring my next favorite would be
stationary spinning bike.
With high intensity interval training your metabolism
will be spiked and you will continue to burn fat for up to 24 hours after you
have finished working out. Imagine 9 hours after finishing your workout you are
sitting in your car of your office and you are still burning fat.
Let me inform you that high intensity interval training
definitely burns more calories than low intensity cardio and as we know, to
lose weight we must burn more calories than we consume. Trust me; HIIT is
fantastic for getting the body into shape fast, ready for you to show off.
