Preparation-Add the fruits and juice in your blender
and start with about five or six ice cubes. Blend, adding more ice cubes until

cup of vanilla or banana low fat yogurt

cup of ice cubes about 5.
Preparation- mix in your blender the banana, yogurt
and orange juice. Then, alternating, add the mango chunks and ice cubes,
beating until it is smooth and creamy. This is the perfect smoothie after
taking a long walk or working out at the gym.
