almonds, handful of ice 1tsp cinnamon, dash of nutmeg, pinch of cloves.
Preparation- soaks the
almonds in the water for 2 hours to overnight. Discard the soaking water and
use fresh one for the smoothie. Place the bananas in the blender first, then
add everything else and blend until smooth.
Green
lemon smoothie
Ingredients-3 kale
leaves, 2 celery sticks, ¼ bunch parsley, 2 cucumbers, juice of 1 lemon, large
pear, handful of ice. You can very well use an apple, if you don’t have pears.
Red
smoothie
Ingredients-
½ beet, 2 apples, 1 carrot, 1 celery stick, handful of ice
Preparation- adds more
water if the smoothie becomes too thick. Also you can add ½ of avocado to this
