1.1big onion cut into rings
2. 50g corn flour
3.60g refined flour
4. 20ml beer
5.1/2 tsp baking powder
6. Seasoning
Method-
· First
make the beer batter by mixing corn flour, refined flour, beer baking powder
and seasoning.

1. 60g boneless chicken
2.20g asparagus
3.1 wanton sheet cut into four pieces
4.10g cheese
5.1pinch chili flakes
Seasoning
6.2-3 fresh basil leaves.
7.20g chopped onion
8.1clove garlic chopped.
Method-
· Sauté
the chopped onions and garlic and add chicken cubes, asparagus and the other
ingredients, except wanton sheet and cheese for 5 minutes
· Take
the wanton sheet and place the filling inside it and roll it like a cigar.
· Deep
fry until golden brown.

Ingredients-
1.3 prawns
2. Salt to taste
3.1tsp lemon juice
4.1tsp ginger and garlic juice
5. 1/2 tsp baking powder.
6. 20ml beer.
Method-
· De-vein
and clean prawns and then marinate it with salt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic
juice and chili paste.
· Dip
it into a smooth batter made with corn flour, refined flour, baking powder and
seasoning and fry it on medium heat till golden brown.

Potato stuffed fish- AMP UP YOUR CHRISTMAS AND NEW
YEARS PARTY PLATTER
Ingredients-
1. 4 potatoes
2.10g coriander leaves
3.1tsp Tabasco sauce
4. 2 green chilies chopped.
5. 10g cheese
6. Seasoning
7. 60 g fish
8.20 ml oil.
Method-
· Dice
the potato into half and scoop it. Blanch the potatoes in water and fry them
for 2 minutes.
· Heat
oil in a pan and add onion, garlic and green chilies, sauté for some time and
add the diced fish.
· Once
the fish is soft, add seasoning of salt lemon juice, tobacco and pepper. Add
the cheese and mashed potatoes with this filling and top it with grated cheese
and bake at 250 degree centigrade’s for 2 minutes.
· take
it out and serve it with salsa on top.
