EGGLESS CHOCLATE TRUFFLE CAKE
INGREDIENTS-
1. 1cup
flour
2. 11/2
tablespoons cocoa powder
3. 1tablespoon
chocolate powder
4. 2tablespoons
powdered sugar
5. ½
tin sweetened condensed milk
6. 100
g soft butter
7. ½
teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
8. 1teaspoon
baking powder
9. 1teaspoon
vanilla essence
10.
¾ cup of water
Method-
· Preheat
the oven for 20 minutes
· Sieve
flour, baking powder, and sodium bicarbonate, chocolate and cocoa powder on a
sheet of paper.
· Put
all ingredients in a large steel bowl.
· Pour
the mixture in aluminum tin.
· The
level of the batter should be a little more than half way up the dish.
· Set
the oven at 180 degree centigrade and bake for 30-40 minutes.
· The
cake would be ready when it leaves the sides of the dish and is springy to
touch.
