SPICY EDAMAME, steamed with sea salt and crispy garlic.
Ingredients-
1. 200g edam me
2. 10g garlic
3 2g sea salt
4.10ml oil
5.15g red chili paste
6. 5ml sesame oil
7.10g oyster sauce.
8.5ml lemon juice
9.3g fresh red chili chopped
10. 1 lime wedge
Method-
· Cook
frozen edmame in boiling water for about 4 minutes till it is tender and then
drain.
· In
a pan, heat oil, add garlic. Chili paste, sesame oil and fresh red chili.
· Add
the Edam me and toss it until it is coated well.
· Squeeze
lime juice at the end.
· Serve
edam me with a sprinkle of sea salt and a lime wedge.
